You may ask ‘What does shasaf stand for?’ – fair question. It’s simple- ‘shasaf’ means share safe. And that is exactly what we stand for, sharing in a safe environment.

shasaf is a Danish company, founded by two friends and colleagues, who have been working in many different business areas always lacking an easy, but edgy system to share documents. And that is how shasaf came to be.

Based on our own experience we wanted to offer our customers a cloud-based system, where you can easily share documents with your customers, partners and employees in a virtual space. We called this space a ‘circle’.

Managing a circle is easy! You can invite members into your circle and share documents, contracts, invoices (really the options are limitless), without ever doubting whether you’ve got the latest version of the annual report, for example.

With the drag and drop functionality in shasaf you can upload and share your files with the members in your circle instantly. And to add to all the fun you can preview a file or comment with suggestions, with one click of your mouse (or track pad for all the fellow Apple users :-))

We live in a time where accessibility and security are always a priority. Which is why we stand by the motto – “Your documents are safe with us!” We are 100% EU-GDPR compliant and so will you, as soon as you start using our product.

Our primary focus is serving our customers to the best of our abilities, as one of our co-founders always says: “You never get a second chance to make a good first impression.” We believe that word of mouth is one of the best ways to reach new customers and we value our customer’s loyalty.
