If you want to purchase and receive a product or service from us, we need to collect certain personal data in order to complete the transaction and to offer you our services. We may use cookies to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart while using our webshop.

PROCESSING BASIS AND PURPOSE

We collect your regular contact information such as name and address in order to deliver the product or service that you have purchased from us. We will collect your email address in order to send you an order confirmation and a delivery confirmation.

When paying for your product or service, we register your name, card data and IP address. The data gathered in connection with the payment transaction is used and stored only for payment settlement and fulfillment of the agreement entered. By making payments, some of your data will be disclosed to Stripe, including information required to implement or support payment, such as the total purchase amounts, and billing information.

If you have given us your consent during the registration process or on our website, we will use your e-mail address to send out a newsletter. You can subscribe and unsubscribe at any time. All newsletters also contain an unsubscribe link. If processing of personal data is based on your consent, you have the right at any time to revoke the consent.

If you do not wish to provide the personal data required to complete a purchase of a product, you will unfortunately not be able to purchase products from us on our website.

Your information (except your email address, if you have consented to its processing for the purpose of receiving offers) will be deleted in 2 years after you have ceased to use your service from shasaf ApS.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties and we do not transfer your personal data to third countries.

Our website is hosted at Google and our payment system is administered by Stripe, which acts as our data processor. All personal data that you provide on our website will be stored in Google’s data centers.

We use external companies as suppliers to deliver our services in the best possible way. These external suppliers are data processors and, in certain cases, process personal data in connection with providing us with their services. Our data processors only process personal data according to our instructions and in accordance with the data processing requirements of the legislation.

We have data processing agreements with our data processors, which is our guarantee that they comply with applicable rules and regulations regarding the protection of your personal data.

YOUR RIGHTS

As the data subject, you have certain rights that we must ensure at all times. You have the right to request the following:

We use Google Cloud Services as a data center and Google Analytics for capturing the behavior of visitors on the website, Facebook for marketing, Hubspot for newsletters and Stripe as a payment platform.

PERSONAL DATA

PERSONAL DATA IN GENERAL

Personal data is any kind of information that can be referable to you to some extent. When you use our website, we collect and process a number of such pieces of information. It happens, for example by access to content if you sign up for our newsletter, participate in competitions or surveys, register as a user or subscriber, use other services, or make purchases via the website.

We typically collect and process the following types of information: A unique ID and technical information about your computer, tablet or mobile phone, your IP address, geographic location, and which pages you click on (interests). To the extent that you explicitly consent to this and enter the information yourself, we will also process: Name, telephone number, e-mail, address, and payment information.
